First Antibiotic

Shay had some congestion and mucus come on over the past week so to protect him from having any bacterial infections and complications, he will be going on an antibiotic for the next 10 days. His physio will now consist of a breathing PEP face mask and compressions “huffs” once a day (twice when on the antibiotics).

His chest is clear and lungs are 100% which is fantastic. Growing well, another 25 grams a day (higher scale), so overall doing very well.

We do not visit the hospital for another 2 weeks and this should be the new set up for now. He is full of smiles and sleeping very well. All in all, he is a legend!
